I am enraged by these kid killers and kidnappers. We need to take harder action on these animals. It's a shame we have to give them a fair trial, pay for their shelter, food and clothing while they spend the rest of their lives behind bars.

Our jail system isn't exactly a reforming one. If I thought I didn't have a future, I'd go sign myself up. Free room and board, free gym membership, etc...who would live a crappy life on the streets when they can get better in the jail, and for free!

We need to make our prisons more like France's prisons. If those people do one thing right, it's their prisons. Every charge that sends people to jail, be it stealing or murder, gets everyone sent to no-light solitary, with an outdoor exscursion every once in a while. Food is bread and water, soup and coffee here and there...but by no means good. No working out, no tv, no fraternizing with anyone else. I guarantee we would have empty jailhouses in this country if it were that way.

1776 to 2005. I want to bring back firing lines and public hangings. That will stop it. We are dealing with animals, not humans that have rights. The gave up their rights when they committed the crime... .-troj

Hopefully. Actually, I do believe there are more and that what we hear from Congress and the laws they pass aren't the will of the general public, but more our media using their big mouth to scream. Just like they found on this last election, morals was a big issue. I was lmao when the media was saying they were stumped as to why morals was a huge issue.

This is partly what drew me so much to political science and public relations. If I can get the correct education, I can be a powerful lobbyist and hopefully get some of these views on the floor in Congress. Make them understand that we're outraged over our moral decline, how our penal system is a joke, and no, we don't really like the idea of making laws so gays can have all these exceptions to the rules the rest of us have to follow.

Make that three of us.

We need to show how those kind of freaks need to be treated and that there are consequences for crimes.

Amen. I saw a thing on PBS oh, maybe 3 years ago talking about this one guy who had this string of rapes in this one area. He had gone to jail something like 3 times and allowed to go free on parole each time, and every time he'd do the same thing. I was incensed to say the least. Is our 'just' legal system so "fair" as to allow men like that to keep committing such heinous crimes over and over? Frankly that scares me. Known rapists being allowed over and over to get out and rape again and again. People's "toleration" really surprises me sometimes. Had that happened in my home town, I have no doubt everyone would be ready to shoot and kill him on sight, and probably look for him so we could get it out of the way faster.

Yeah, I'd like to see what the stupid judge and jury would do if it was one of their kids that he raped.

Stories like that really make me think of breaking the law and I am a law abiding citizen... .

My x-wifes brother is in an Arizona prison for attempted murder. God only knows what all he has done. He is up for parol this spring sometime. My oldest daughter told me at Christmas that her mom wants him to come live with them if he gets out. If that happens, I'll will definately take action... .-troj

That's scary bro, I hope you don't have to take action. That's a seriously scary situation. However, if he's just on parole, you may have something in your favor if she doesn't live in Arizona. It's my understanding that you can't leave the state. That'll at least delay it...
