hmmmmmmmmmm...because warez is illegal and these forums are almost $200 a to pay for. Gee, now, if warez is illegal, why would you talk about it? And why are you yelling at us? Theres no need for caps.

the program that we use is called Microsoft-Paint thats what everyone uses its the best ever! and its free!

ya we all use microsoft paint...always save your gfx as .gif though...and put in as much color and flashthat you can

and make sure they are higher then 50kb because anything lower isnt good looking.

You could try "GIMP for Windows".

There are 4 parts to it.

Just because you want to make a sig, gives you no right to come here and post asking for an illegal action to take place. These forums (I remind you, $180 forums) can get taken away for talk about warez and/or warez downloads. Please don't talk about warez here, take it somewhere else.

I suggest you read the FORUM RULES before you post again.
