can i still request for SIG?

i had no response the last time i request. so, i just wonder if i can still request a sig? a picture of a dracula/vampire or a skull with alittle animation/fx on it. layout, design, or format i leave it 2 the designer with my name "LvCian" on it. tks in advance and i hope anybody can help.
