Whats probation? It stands at the Status!

probation is like training so they are not quite in your squad but there traing to get into it if u know what i mean

Whats the diff between Probation and Recruit than?

surley if someone is a 'recruit' then they are already on your squad?

someone on probation is on a trial period to see if they like the squad and vice-versa, but not an official member yet.

recruit - someone that has just joined, sometimes you give them a period of like 2 weeks to see if you really want them

probation - someone that has caused truble within the squad is put on 'probation', this memeber is begin watched or close to being removed.
