cool go get:

before doing any of these items below run windows Update or go to their site and have them scan it in to see what is needed to be updated: Click-here

1.) Spybot - Search & Destroy Vr 1.3

2.) HijackThis
you let it scan and have a tech look it over (totally free service) they can tell you a lot that needs to be done to it and see what you have that maybe a auto-dialer,virus,ad-ware,hi-jack browser, there a lot of things out there that can really bug your system down and easy target's for hackers to leach on to the really bad one will rip it apart,
3.) Tech-support for HijackThis tech-support

by running Hijackthis after save the log file to a text then copy it and start a thread up in their forum they will look it over and tell you what you need to check off, and your done. best save it to fav so you can check back later without searching for it. 1-3 days they get to it some time in a hours they tell you your clean or check items off and click-on "fix check".

Warning: using "Hijackthis.exe" do not do anything till the techs tell you what to check off, you do check something that is really is needed you may have totally crash the whole system best let the tech-support help you out on it. its totally free no cost or ad-ware at all
