Windows 98 Boot Disk

Hey can someone send me a Windows 98 Boot Disk in a compressed file. I don't have a floppy drive on my PC so I need to boot off my other Partition. Thanks.

I need the contents of a boot disk, not the program to make the boot disk, that won't work.

i think you can get them here > http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm ;)

No, those are the programs to make a boot disk and they will not work unless you have a floppy drive.

Bah! I have to have a floppy drive. Dang, I will have to go buy one first. Thanks for your help though, it won't let me use the floppy drive contents to boot up on my harddrive.

gee you go into dos type "C:-Dir" (no space to use only for this forum to keep smillies come up C:-Dir remove the "-") it will pull it up on the listing you will see it, you have to get into safe mod of some type to do it then get dose command window to open up, been a long to time i use win 98 there is a way to do it have to change over to C:dir list will come up, you lookup the boot file to get it started up. exe can't say what file you need to get it started up. to get that file going.

put the boot file into C: into here so it come up not C:windows and use C:-Dir remove the - will work you will have to find what the boot file name you need to get it started up with.
