Please report a cheater following the directions below. This is by far more optimal than just posting cheater information to the forums.
If you see a cheater in the game we have two options you can do to help us catch and ban the player from the game.
1. When you see a cheater during the day between 9 am and 5 pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, give us a call at 818-878-0325 and we can get into the game and ban them immediately.
2. Any other time you will need to get the players PCID number and email us with the PCID and what you saw the cheater doing. Title your email "BHD CHEATER REPORT".
We can then use the PCID to set up an Online Alert that will tell us when the player is in the game so we can watch what they are doing.
To find a player's PCID:
Login to Novaworld,
Click on Player Stats,
Click on Player List,
Type in the player's name, (If the player has used ASCII characters to create part of their character's name, for example Hêäd Hüñ?er, enter H**d* and press Enter. A list of all player names that have a "H", two unknown letters and a "d" and anything else will be listed).
Click on the listed name and the PCID code will be displayed.
If you can report the player's name using the characters that were used in the name and the PCID we can place a Watch tag on the player. Then every time the player enters a game we will get an email and can jump into the game and ban him.
**Do not attach any screenshots. We are not accepting screenshots because they can be manipulated with programs like PhotoShop. its no longer needed!!!

PROBLEM:
I have seen another player in a multiplayer game cheating.
RESOLUTION:
We have a strict policy about cheating. If you are sure that another player is cheating, please contact our Customer Support department either via email at support@novalogic.com or telephone at (818) 878-0325. toll-free 818 area code.
We will need to know the following information:
1. The Game Server Name (e.g. "Irene 2")
2. The player's name
3. The team the player is on (team games only)
4. What the player is doing (speeding, running through walls, etc.)
Please understand that just because a particular player consistently scores very high or seems to kill you every time, they are not necessarily a cheater. Some players are just exceptionally skilled at playing the game. Please be sure that the suspected cheater is doing something out of the ordinary before contacting us.

think they are getting sick of seeing thread of about cheaters in their forums and they like to get it clearup so more people be having good time in their forum other then talking about cheaters in their servers lol
been in DFBHD for 2 days now seen no cheaters that i can talk about been great but one time got a error (4001) think their server gone down at that time. |
