do u know how to make and add new skins for players?

dont worry, i aint going to accuse anyone of cheating, im just curious to how many people can actually do this.

I dont have a clue. Not sure I really understand really. Do u mean like that mod I saw that makes one of the AI into Bin Laden. Cause that would be cool to make a player look like someone you would recognize. If thats what you are talking about. So I voted no because I wasnt sure. And I also wouldnt have a clue how to do it. Anyway.
