The theme for AW is not so much only War Scenarios and Jungle, like in JO and some of the other Mods like IC etc. but to offer also a more civilian side of the whole thing. You´re not necessarely are forced to make Jungle or Military based Maps, you can also make a little more city like and even funny things that you can use. AW is proud to not be so serious about itself, thats why we have a few funny, not so serious things in our Mod. But we prefer that because there should be also alternatives to other, more serious Mods. Our current development is ADVANCED WARFARE v2. Our previous Version 1.0 is NOT supported anymore with us. We changed quite some things in Version 2, especially the compatiblity with other Maps from JO:Typhoon Rising, JO: Escalations and even Delta Force Xtreme. So there are quite a lot classic JO Maps that you can choose from to play and of course Mappers are working on new ones.

but if they have any new mods for DF: Xtreme and DF:BHD i can dig that big time

Actually, this Mod does support DFX. Several of my DFX maps work is I place them in the AW2 folder. The only thing that is different is that sometimes the WPs trigger without the event happening and there are a couple of (tiny) items that aren't included in both that don't appear. The cities are the best for urban fighting and using the flamethrower for clearing buildings is a hell of a lot of fun!

WoW 2.1 gig this mod must be good.... glad I have a reasnable connection to get it down in 15 mins.

The WP's in DFX dont work in JO, thats why. There are some differences between the DFX.exe and the JO.exe , thats is one of them. Thats why only X works as spawn. But DFX Maps are usually not so big and if you do a bit more work together, you can make it even without the waypoints.

Some Maps will be fixed in one last Update coming soon. Also the Executable 1.6.9.2 will be back because the one we had in the Release was 1.7.1.9 was making a lot of buggy things and as of late, the final 1.7.5.7 is out and since we´re not going to recheck almost 2000 objects again, best is to stay with the one Executable that worked best for JO anyways.

Then I am afraid that will not happen since we're not going to make it a DFX Mod. But there are for example the BFM Mod that makes DFX a lot of fun.
