BHD MED: AI's (Windows) No move, but shoot?

Ok, i got a bunch of AI's in windows. I want em to shoot at me.... But i dont want em to move. I tried putting em to "Guarding" but they dont shoot at me at all. THeir range is set to 100. And im withing about 40. It should shoot! :( :( :(

Uncheck the guard and set engagment MIN/MAX to 100 too.
That should do it.
