i know there been some case of a real gun get mix-up with a fake one, some one got kill or sent to a hospitals for the goofy.

there another case were a actor was to fake a heart-attack but it turn into the real deal, and the guy die off do the part he was to play. all the follow actor stand there thinking he only acting the part out. the man die from the act.

^^ They both are premises for Midsomer Murders episodes, interesting to kow if MM bases all its eps off real life cases or if its just conincidence....

Not a goof as such, but i love the movies that are actually based on true story, then at the end of the credits have a line like "All characters, events and depictions in the production are fictional, any resemblance to any true or living example is entriely cooinicdental"

in 4 brothers just after the of them gets shot and dies, u can see the audio recording deviceduck taped to 1 of their backs

If you have watched a movie called Commando which has Arnold Schwarzenegger, there are so many.
For example, on one scene, the machine gun belt was fed from the left, in the next scene, it is fed from the right.
