waypoint problems
 
OK, what am I doing wrong? I assign my "start player" marker to "blue(good)". Then I select a waypoint, for e.g. "player waypoint" that has the "blue team waypoint" box checked. Now, if I have only one waypoint for myself no problem. But if my waypoint group is two or more for my player it won't go past WP 1.0 in the game. It appears that it won't recognise 1.1, 1.2 etc. I've selected said waypoints and all appears in order. What's happening? I have a couple blinding maps already done but the player can only go to one waypoint at a time. Help!

i think you need to set all the way points on the map

sample
in a chaing wp1 on the map then set the next wp so on ether in a loop or starting point.........WP chain.many more.......... to a ending point.

if you loop it they will loop back to the start point.

been a long time i made a way point for AI to follow.

all don't set the limited on players in the server to hind items if there like only 3pls, were they be seen if there are like 5pls. i my self don't use that i leave that uncheck.

but then again what are you using to make the map with " dfx-Nile or dfx-med"? map editor

Thanks for your help. Still no luck. I edit each wp individually and nothing. I've even reinstalled the game. This doesn't happen to me with BHD or any of the others. Only with extreme. Oh, I'm using MED by the way. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a solution or update that can cure it?

You'll need to set an advancement event to advance to the next waypoint.

Make an event goal for the waypoint like bad guys dead or crates destroyed or anything that you want to use as an advancement goal. Then on your map, click on the waypoint (open the waypoints item attributes and look in the upper right hand corner for the advancement event drop down window) and use the event that you made as an advancement event.

You'll have to use an advancement event for each of your waypoints.
