BHD 5th September Demo - Bad Points + Suggestions

EZ Pad frustrates some people. ;)

THis ez pad **** is pissing me off bigtime

I CANT PLAY CAUSE OF EASY PAD

1. No Zoom on sniper rifle :rolleyes:
2. No grass either!

There will be in the full version(Grass) Dont know about scope zoom :) .. This is just the demo :p

This one sucks.

I cant hit or kill any one, the night vision sucks, my crosshair jumps all over the place, it's hard to see, ppl dissapear in thin air, ppl appear out of nowhere, and the mussle flash is always in your face.

The beta played much better than this.

I sat there and emptied my gun on ppl all night. Rarely got a kill. Saw the blood, but no kill. The PSP's, in my opinion, blow. I can never find any 1. It's like capture the flag instead of DM. Sometimes, the ground renders all white too and the 1280 x 1024 mode never rendered at all.

I can't think of anything positive.

Anyway, there is no way in the world I am buying this game if it plays anything like the demo. I'd play the beta before this kind of junk.

I am very very dissapointed.

Killing thing - some games I can kill, other games I can empty a couple of mags into someone and they just turn around and pop one shot in my head.
Lying in the mountains makes you seasick- wobble all over the place.

:mad: i cant get it to work, i have updated and uninstalled ez pad, still cant join games. i did join a game once. tried every thing., obviously its not affecting every one,, but im at aloss, been hanging for the demo, to bad i cant play it guess we australians wont get the full game, till november some time,,,,,,,oh the disapointment!!!!:*( :*( :*( :*(

So far I'm not impressed. Everything did work on my PIII 1000. To me it's a different game comparing to DF1, DF2, DFLW, DFTFD. I'm not sure yet that I'll be buying it. Some of the graphics are very nice I did like that. Maybe after I play it a few more times I'll change my mind.. Still unsure if I like capturing spawn points in the game. Only had a few lucky kills also..

I like it a lot after I got around the ez-crap. :) Very nice gameplay, this game will involve squads to actually plan ahead before matches. More life like.

I agree with raybiez about squads etc.
I think with killing being hard its actually ver difficult to judge lag etc in this game and I am at a loss to tell exactly why.
When I host it really is easy to see how quick you can kill etc. However when I play there are times when its difficult to find my lead. I can tell that unless someone gets the hang on the lag lead and tells us all how then play and serving will become tantamount to cheating because the 0 lag is an advantage in the extreme.
I have shot people with pistols as they are jumping about with an M4. Something I could do in LW and TFD when hosting but with nothing like the regularity.I am impressed with how little Vid Lag there appears to be in general even with a full server too.
It is a very different game than LW and TFD but we have yet to see the more open plan levels which we have been promised.
There is no room for distance snipers in this demo really.
Besides I like the guerilla feel of ducking in alleys and listening for threat.
Could do with no wanging my nade 600 metres when im after a nearby target though.
DF soldiers are clearley recruited from the World Series

I didn't see much grass when I was in the streets of Somalia. lol I like the demo so far. Much better than the beta. Don't like the indestructable vehicles though.

You have to get used to the lag in every game you play in the DF series. I don't think BHD will be any different..

:cool: I HAVE BEEN PLAYING A LOT LATELY , JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS IN THE GAME THAT TICK ME OFF! IS THE RELOADING SOMETIMES IT JUST KEEPS RELOADING 2 TO 4 TIMES, SUX WHEN YOUR AT THAT CRITICAL MOMENT, I GET KILLED THIS WAY SO MANY TIMES.
THE MOVMENTS SEEM A BIT STIFF SLOW OR SOME THING IT TAKES ALOT OF GETTING USE TOO.
THE BUILINGS ARE VERY BLAND INSIDE, THERE ARE NO WINDOWS TO SHOOT OUT. ONE OF THE REALLY COOL FEATURES IN LAND WARRIOR WAS YOU COULD SEE BULLETS COMING THROUGH WOODEN BUILDINGS LEAVING LITTLE CLOUDS OF DUST..
I KNOW ITS JUST A DEMO BUT IF THE FULL GAME HASENT GOT MUCH MORE TO OFFER THAN JUST MORE GUNS, IT MIGHT GET A TAD BORING ON LINE.
I WAS HOPING FOR SOME GRASS AND CARKEYS FOR A BIT OF SNIPING FUN HOPE THERE IS IN THE FULL GAME.
SEEMS EVERY NEW DELTA FORCE THAT COMES OUT YOU GAIN SOME REALLY NEW COOL FEATURES BUT YOU LOOSE SOME OF THE BEST FEATURES FROM THE PREVIOUS GAMES.
