Does anyone knows where to download for free or purchase DFUW?

eBay probably, Amazon has some from 3rd parties as well. You can probably find a ps1 Rom online somewhere but can't post any links here..

And if I want to purchase for emulator? I also have a PS2 and PSP.

As far as I know even if you own the pgs1, pgs2 etc. Sonoy have never allowed play game station emulation software.

A rom itself is covered under different laws to the emulation of an engine core, CPU or GPU etc.

So though it may be allowed to download roms, the developer has to authorise such things and most especially when it comes to hardware emulation, even for what seems to be abandonware... :read:

I doubt it as it's a PS1 game.

Should be playable on PS2, as they were designed to be backwards compatible.
In all honesty, it's a terrible game! Nothing like other DF titles.
