I Like My Popcorn A Little Stale

It's not like I purposely wait until it's stale to eat it, but I can't say I don't enjoy it.

Why, just the other day (today, actually), I had a bag of stale popcorn and ate the fire outta it.

Don't get me wrong... When I go to the movies, I get popcorn and eat it hot off the press. Mmmmm, yes, I like it with that freshly-melted fat sauce and popcorn salt at slightly above room-temperature. However, I've parted from my former ways and no longer throw away a half-full (or half-empty for you Novalogic haters [long live DF2!]) bag of popcorn on the way out the door. No sirrreeee, I take that bag home, let it sit for a day or two while nibbling off a layer or so per day, and then plow right into it come Monday (assuming you caught the movie on Friday).

Peace and goodwill to you all.

Far better to make friends with the theatre cleaners Bullet, that way they may be able to help you out, and save a bundle.

Scott, you've pinpointed a glaring issue among the stale community. It's a sacrifice we're willing to make to enjoy our popcorn.

Unfortunately, they clean it up while it's still in "no man's land," i.e. a few hours after it's made.

The art of stale popcorn is like aging fine wine.

Well you know what you gotta do....just as the credits roll up,...slip of ya seat and with a garbage bag in hand, slip under the rows of seats and scoop up the misplaced corn, anyone asks what you doing just say "Lost my phone!!"

Caution: you may find money doing this be advised it's taxable.
