I think he's just saying when you put a pic in there, dont blend it all the time. For example, you might not blend in the mask picture in your current sig - and leave it it's normal colors.

colorbalance will make a grey scale type sig using the main rgb value found on the sig.

LOL i thought i was losing my mind, the sig was changing all the time :| Anyways, i was talking about the one with the Soldier holding an M16/203 on the left side. That one is awesome! But the border kind of ruins it...

When you do your grunge, use different colored brushes. Not just Black and White/Grey. Use like, reds, and different colors. Not just B&W ;).
