Didn't you guys see the news report? Novalogic is actually run by a 12 year old kid who works out of his garage. The original company sold their title to him when they went bankrupt. he was the only that wanted to buy the company name.

Its basically a document that gives nova the trademark, if you dont use the trademark you have to apply to get it extneded, nova has done this the maximum amount of times.
Though it dosent mean something will happen by Oct. They could either let it lapse and rebrand any game, let it lapse and try to get it again down the track etc... |
