XO Mod ?

Are there any instructions for installing XO Mod? I am having trouble making it work. Any help would be much appreciated.

Pretty sure with most of these mods, you create a copy of your DFX folder (One without any other mods installed) and install the mod to that folder. I tested the mod and it seems to install fine for me?
