whatd this guy use to make this site? tables/frames? and what do you think is the easiest program to design webpages with?

i think it would be nice if he used an iframe in the middle instead (sorry have this thing about iframes now muahhaha).

I think Frontpage is! But thats my opinion! I havent really got the hang of dreamweaver YET!

Iframes are nice to use but not intierly good as it doesnt work with all browsers, but you could allways add requirements :) im guessing stiveb did that, havent checked the site yet. Will do soon :)

i havent said requirements but i added text in the iframe (or where it should be) sayign that their browser doesnt support blah blah and that IE will work ;) and there is also a link to the page that should display in the iframe so they can still see the content.
