What do you start the day with?
 

As in hydration. What do you drink? I love to start my day with a pot of [Folgers] Classic Roast Coffee with three lumps of sugar in each cup, no creamer.

have a glass of water when i wake up, then the first thing i do when i get to work is put the kettle on and av a cup of tea with 2 sugars... u cant beat tea!!

i start the day with juice

Cherryade, cola, or vodka.. depends if i have to do a presentation in college LMAO like today :)

oj or some other juice

Always a nice cup of Rosy Lee , (tea) lol and it sets me up for the day although I love a nice strong coffee at 11 am:)!!!!

I usually start with Juice depends if im going to go on my 6-10 mile run.

if i do go on a run its Water(flavoured) Or Green Tea

if not its orange jucie

I love oj but it doesn't love me. The acid messes me up almost immendiately and I can't keep it down. :(

dont get time for anything, i stay in bed until i'm late then rush to my first call.

Did you do that during school to? I did, lol.

water, then go back to sleep for another 15-20mins and wake up at 8.35 and be in school for 8.50 :)

Wow, you guys start class kinda late BB. That'd been cool.

For me im always up early lol since my tennis academies got me on track of 6:30 am wake up then running etc... Its been a life style for me ;)

have to be in school for 8.55, class starts at 9.10 and school ends at 3.20 :) 15 minute break and 45 minute lunch

i cant imagine going any earlier that that lol

lucky u.. i get college at 8:45 lesson start, and 3:50 finish :(
