For whatever reason most of the maps I download the people and some buildings are not showing up you only get an X. where as they were there when I made the maps. So question: how do I unlock the 3di for said items ? :dontknow:

make sure you are not downloading a map that is associated with a particular mod.

There MY maps I only use SO MOD. how do I open the 3di's to turn them on?

oh, i thought maybe you were comparing your maps to downloaded ones.


the only time i get red x's when i make maps, is because i used the wrong med. i do not know if this problem persists in nile.

all 3di's should be included in the .pff of a particular mod as well as all the other files associated with people and objects. no need to turn anything on.

Did you start the MEd with the /d /mod tags?

did you start med in Admin mod first time, and not second time?
