be great if the pistol grip was like a hand gun grip
there something about the 45cal or 9mm pistol grip i like
M16 grip is so plain it have no feel like power to it.

* this i like above

http://world.guns.ru/userfiles/images/1289112537.jpg
this is basic one i use in the service 1977-1987 old school

btw the selector switch
basic a pin have a grove on pin side with a leaf on the other side
detail look on how it look for M15 & M16
http://www.quarterbore.com/images/ar15m16.gif

not a double leaf on both side

skinny killer 01-24-2011 06:20 PM

hmmm that's cool looking, I might actually look into making some different style pistol grips like that.

also, there are ambidextrous fire selector levers which is what I modeled mine after. ;)

Now on to the magazine. :D I just went with a standard magazine look rather than trying to copy HK's version. It looks good and fits well Also, the tab on the back of the follower engages the bolt catch properly as it should and it seems to line up with the bolt carrier very nicely.
