hiho, new forum section! :thud:

I finally got some time and had a chance to play some TFE. It's on my radar because it's supposed to be an old school DF style game, which is what we like around here. To be honest I really like it and enough for me to hassle Scott into adding this new section.

This game gave me some real old school feels right from the start, if anyone misses the old days from DF then I'm sure you will like the look and feel of this game, even though it's still in Early Access

Just for info, I'm probably going to say a bunch of nice stuff about this game, make a bunch of posts, but no one here has any connection to Red Jake Studios, and I paid for my own game, hey I even bought a second copy :gj:

The game is still Early Access at the moment, heading towards a BETA release, but the reviews by players are very positive: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1...k_Force_Elite/ actually a lot are very similar - old school, nostalgia, delta force, BHD, good old days, novalogic etc etc there is a theme to negative comments and that is lack of players. maybe numbers have picked up a bit since free weekend because I've played about 20 hours and i don't play in empty servers on my own lol.

Early access and BETA are not for everyone so that's cool.

There are a bunch of Clans in there already, i'm pretty sure almost all are ex Delta Force clans, looking for what they have been missing.
