MySQLi conversion for phShoutBox

Is there a MySQLi-compatible version for phShoutBox? I need to convert this suite for a client. If not, I'd appreciate some guidance for where I should be making changes.

Try replacing the functions.php file with the one attached. I have not tested it but it should work.
