anyone still play DF2? I havent been on in years. I love this game! I was in a squad called SCF. I may reinstall it sometime in the future if I can find my disc.

Yea there is a large following that will play it until Novalogic shuts them down.

I broke down and bought it off nova website, it was only 10$ for the download. I couldn't find my old disc. I just have to hide it from the wife, she will $hit a brick if she sees me playing video games. happy shootin :guns:

I still play faithfully. It's my favorite game and always will be. Let us know if you need help with anything. Some new updates have come out.

Thanks for the reply. I have got it pretty much figured out. I am a little rusty but still winning most games. Not as good as I used to be but not too bad either. A lot less servers up and running then I remember also but thats ok as long as theirs people still playing. I forgot about my love/hate relationship with respawn armor and how annoying saws are lol. I played a whole round with silenced pistol tonight and came in first :guns: just kept running out of ammo. I did forget how to rapid jump over some walls (i know shame on me), I tried but couldn't do it, maybe they fixed it in an update? Oh well maybe i'm just rusty too.

yea no problem man, I have been playing in crossfire and the "guns" nova server. Those seem to be the two busiest.

Press F-8 key to take a SS, it will save it into the game folder save as "ssoo???.pcx

Either use William's option, or press Prt Scrn on the keyboard and click paste in the desired graphics program. I use the Print Screen method.

I'm gonna have to mess with it, I think my keyboard was just acting up.

i used to play this game back in the day. good to see its still going. i used to play under this name and -ce- was the last "squad" i was on. there aint no way to get a free version of the game or a no cd patch (still got it downloaded)

if you do buy a download DF2 say from Steampowed.com or some other software download retailer service , updates here may not work, reason it a download version of the game and not a Cd retail version of the game. some download retailer have their own version of updates for games they sell, so check with them if you do buy a download version DF2.
