Seen this the other day, looks sweet and maybe the start of THQ using the old NovaLogic IP for new games :)

I've seen the trailer. It's not a Comanche game. It's MP only. It's Anthem with Airwolf mods.

had an ad for this last night, got excited in the hope of a new DF game after seeing they are using an NL game :]

I guess some of us were a bit blind-sided by this, I certainly was but I'm not here to promote or critique it, I thought it was interesting in regards to the future of all the Nova stuff.

They've (Novalogic) always included this sub genre, as in commanche 4 etc. so if they (THQ Nordic) carry out the assurances from the CEO that he'd chosen the inheritors wisely and if they're true to form then a groud to air based shooter should be in the works as we speak.

Also notably, the game developers used for this project appear to have connections to real world drone software solutions. There is also a THQ game on Steam that uses real drone controllers.

And so the new Commanche game itself will have a drone escort etc, but this is not unlike the helo ai's already in delta force really.
