Umm... Where's my missions?

I was working on completing all the single player missions in BHD:TS and today, i open up Team Sabre to find the default missions - none completed. None of my saved games are there! But all of the thumbnails from my save points are still there. Can system restore cause this problem.

This is a new one to me, so you played it earlier but now without any major changes to your BHD files they've dissapered?
