BHD Demo Revived
 

Hello all, I am pleased to annouce that I have brought the BHD Demo back to play online by a patch. It is a little different protocol then before, but it will bring the fun back into the same old demo. You can get it here.(You MUST have BHD Demo installed FIRST!!) Demo:Here, Patch: Here . Well thats all, and I hope to see your playing.
This has just been realeased, so there may be no servers up, but as it grows more well known, more and more servers will appear. :)

cant open the file with winzip, winrar or 7z :/ crc erorrs, the file is 0 bytes :*( can use a diff host?

was the bhd demo time limited then?

what do yiou mean by differnt protocol than before... the demo was cracked previously?

Hello Steve,
Novalogic had turned off the server for the bhd demo (because of to many cheaters) the patch uses a VPN program and host tool to make a server list and ip to join. (sort of like a pinger). I am checking the file now. I find no problem with it. Please try to re-download it, if it is still corrupted, let me know. I will rehost it.

are you saying you edited the coding in the file to make it work now days?

by making a 3rd party patch for it?

Hello William,

I have previously edited the code that make it run in Full Version BHD lobby, that works fine. But you need a nova-world account (Which requires a cd-key for one of novalogic's games) and that means they have to buy the game, and this is just the demo. Also, pinger does not work. So the answer your question is it uses a 3rd party progtam that creates in a sense a lobby.

Not to be offensive or anything, but #1. It's Respect. #2. Im following the rules, and making it clean and good looking, #3. So the person that askes the question knows whom im addressing.

Eldest will its nice you try to make something old that would work today standers
but i see no need for this
1.) one need to buy the retail version of the game with the key code to use novaworld.com account anyways!
2.) its a old outdated demo if they buy the retail version then why go all the trouble with the demo
3.) editing the coding in the software is breaking the copy right and people i can see get banned for that in the long run.

sounds more like wazt or trying to get around all the b/s to get a game free and play it online

not trying to tick you off only what i see here from my point of view

its not right to edited coding in a demo into a demo working version active to use
novalogic, inc they be flipping out on this big time i would think

Let me clarify some things up, in this release, there is NO edited code, just a third party program. And by previously, i meant when i was first experimenting with the idea.
