haven't seen these before, almost look like a ladybug, but it's not? no clue

*hoping someone may know what these bugs names be

looks like a ladybug just before it becomes the actual bug, but they dotn have all the legs like that. maybe some harlequin bug, had a good google, ended up posting on reddit hopefully someone can ID it, will let you know.
