Old Classics on a New PC
 

Hello All,

Been a very long time! If I wanted to play an old classic like Df1 or LW or TFD how could I do that running Windows 10?

Here are my specs

Intel Core i5-6400CPU @ 2.7 Ghz
12.0GB RAM
64 Bit

and stock Intel HD Graphics.

All the games except DF1 and DF2 install and play just fine on Windows 10. For DF1 and DF2, all you need to play and host games is a fully updated game with the below patches. They are just to fix the lobby issues.

DF1 Lobby Fix:

These will all play find with Intel HD graphics. Welcome back :D

So I can buy a copy on Nova Website and play with no issues as long as its updated?? (Mind Blown)

As well as the others like LW, TFD, BHD, DF2? Amazing!

Yeah, but you'd be better off buying it on Steam. For DF1 and DF2 remember you need the patches but all the rest should work.

Dang I just bought it on Nova too! I'll keep Stream in mind on the others

It's not a problem to buy from Nova, they can just be really slow on giving you the CD Keys.

Oh! Okay! Based on my specs can I do the remake of DF? Or do a I need a new card?

Not sure what remake you're talking about, but your computer is more than capable for those old games.

Delta Force Xtreme I believe? Im just getting back into it. It has been so long. I am looking forward to playing with my kids and what not. Unfortunately I work Sunday.

Should be able to, the requirements for those games are quite low.

Thanks Scott, I do wish Nova would do something. Last I knew or heard the guys that use to speak to us left the company and no one has seen anything from them or heard from them in years.

Not many have heard from them. I've been looking for leads for years now. Probably not going to hear anything. All we can do is try and get the games so that we don't need NovaLogic to play. We've accomplished that for DF1 - BHD but IDK what that status of the others is yet.

NovaHQ will be here to support the games till the bitter end.
