problems with multi player games
 

having problems connecting to multi player games screen goes blank. i do have winxp home ed. i tried what you sent me using the mini browser it just lets me go back to lobby but on default broswer still blank screen. i have a brand new pc so everything should be up to date .. this is making me mad

1. firewall?
2. you updated the gfx-card driviers of late
3. you updated the game any?
4. you using windows Xp SP2 firewall and have the game enable to connect online.

we do need more info if screen go blank it could be you GFX-Card that is in need updateing.

all so DF:1 was not made for Windows Xp you need to make it enable there a trick to it.

firewall is the usal solution. If your running nortan, but it in trusted program list, or the allow list whatever its called ;)

i had syagate firewall too i try to update the fool thing it lock up so gone and got Zone Alarm hear some say how good it so i got it. it block some jerks for port scan and it gave me a warning about it.
