they do have some under USD-60.00 for 500ft, some of them do come with tools as will included in the package deal, you have to read what one come with the tools.

500ft for $60 isn't bad, not bad at all, including tools is even better (if it's real tools ;))

I would get Cat6 if it's ment for installation though. :)
