Well if you do the excercises it says it will work those muscles but it won't get you ripped like that guy obviously.

the thing is 9 out 10 these are gimmick to make money off others.

i think it cheap anyways, but still each person mind is set to one thing! if they can't stay with the training they lay out to other to follow it a waste of money.

as seen on Tv is means it OK

but still not like the real thing

the flat bar on top look like it hook on to the door jam, if it not solid it could break the trim around the door. if it a only a trim mean it may split the trim around the door.

beside it look like you can go to any hardware store and buy the pipes and leather strips to make handles on the pipes and maybe some 4-bolts to hold it all together

seen similar products before and it's pretty convenient so why not :) pullups are one of the best exercises you can do, a thousand times better than curls for example which most nubs would consider doing to build up their arms.

however building up is more to do with diet and rest more than exercise/weights.

OK.

This thing looks pretty stable. The middle bar counter balances the weight for over the trim.

The hook is a removable piece which comes off.

I believe this tool is geared more for toning muscles than building. Good item to add to Wii collection.

It's all about how you do body weight exercises. I do sets of 60-80 push ups every 15 minutes for 4 hours every other day.

Okay, imagine yes the tennis chick got one, not for her though lol.

Anywho, it works but it also DOESNT work, you have to make sure that whoever is using it...there doorway holds them..

I customized the one I bought for my dad, so it can be used else where
