I updated all my drivers and updated the game, but I am still getting a Sysdump error

Your DirectX installation may be damaged or improperly installed.

Re-run the DirectX installer at

i have finally figured out that... NOVALOGIC dont have solution for sysdump error :( this problem is occuring in different places(countries) from 2004. and now it is 2012..... 8 years of problems and no solution.... this shows... there is no solution..... i have everything upgraded. even DirectX, audio/video drivers.. but error still occuring.

now... any comments regarding 8 YEARS???? :(
