need script - 1 page with other pages poping up in middle
 

im working on my site and i want 1 page that never changes and when i click on links to other pages they open up in the middle


like forums, download page, server stats, and the like

i want the header, footer, and side content to always be there unaffected...

i know i can make default pages for each 1 with headers but i want the link (page) to show up on 1 page


im guessing i use jvascript...
a value for each page i want then put the script in the center

Frames is what you need, by using the "open_main" in your url you receive what you want.

Thats the quickest solution i have for you.
