How do i get Symbols
 

On novaWorld how caan i get special symbols in my name

you look inside you game folder lookup "Startup.html"
log-in after lookup your name then edited it by copy and past it in.

go to start "Run" type this in or copy it in
C:\WINDOWS\CHARMAP.EXE or make a shortcut to your disktop with this you can use any font type you like after you open it up pick you like to use after copy and past it in thats it log-out when your finsh.

p.s don't try to use the game to edited your name will not work sorry thats the way it was setup

I DONT GET IT THE START AND RUN THING DIDNT WORK IT DIDNT FIND IT OR ANY OF COMPONONTS IT SAID AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF I DONT GET WUT URE TALKIN BOUT.

Log in, go to rename player, get out the character map, and hex your name away!

Either try the way score says, or chief. both will have the same outcome.

If you use Windows, then the Character Map is usually under the System Tools. Not sure where on other O.S.'s.

The startup.html is inside your DF folder in program files on your hard-drive, if you decide to try this way.

i dont have a startup.html in my df folder.

u wont be able to get to novaworld if u didnt

well um i went to my computer hten i went to (C) then i went to prog files,then the novalogic folder then dforce folder,i looked all up in that foder and startup.html wasnt there

OMG Here copy this put it into your "Start" then "Run"
type in or copy this and past it in to get it going:
(Have tested it this dose work)

C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Land Warrior\Startup.htm

and here a copy of it only for DFLW Startup.htm
and here a lnk to the DFLW Lobby also you have to log-in
"click-here DFLW-Lobby" after go to "My Player Options" after you get in then edited Players name then you copy and past in your new name its that easy to do.use your chartmap.exe to make it up as you like you may have to do a search for it on your C:drive (hard drive) to find it asap.

ok i got it i have symbols in my name now.and ve found a squad im in the =§Ä= squad.

sample in the search box you see
startup.htm inside C:\\programs files\Nova\dflw folder.

you right click-on it see "Send to" to right a listing see Desktop (shortcut) click-on it.

if you have more startup to others you can do same thing only rename the ones on desktop as you do each one.
sample DFLW_startup don't add .htm the system will add that in. same with DFTFD_startup or DFBHD_startup each shortcut as a link to what they go to so it be ok.
