NovaWorld Support
I've been trying to contact novaworld support via novaworld.com and receive a confirmation but never hear back. I also spent 3 hours on hold at 818-878-0325 with no one taking my call. Is NovaWorld Tech Support defunct or is this forum it? Please help...
My issue involves my noveworld account - I can not access messenger, forum settings or the forums. I cn log in however. Two of my friends have access to those areas no problem so I know it's not the site. Who do I turn to for help? |

Not working
When I click that link and log in I get this:
You do not have permission to perform this action. Please use the Back button in your browser or click here to return to the previous page. My log in is Sinphaltimus like here. I can't access the forums either. When I try to edit my forum info I get a server error. |
would one of your friends trust you with their account info for a short while? you could try to log in as one of them (or vice versa). at least you might be able to narrow down the problem a little. i.e. if the problem lies with your browser or account.
just for your information, we are just a fan site and are not NL employees :) if that's what you were asking. welcome to the site btw :) |
I PM "NW Command" he or she should be able to do something for you
i gave them all the details seem there maybe something block and they be able to say something about why maybe the age were you may have said your younger then 13 or so |
Still not working
I was able to log on to my account from my friends compture and I get the same errors. He logged in to his account and showed me he had full access to all the features.
I wish I could contect NL, you guys are awesome for helping me out, I appreciate it but am still just stuck. I'd love to create maps too but it seems I don't know how to get NILE working and there ae no posts here for DFXtreme map making... Any further help is welcomed, please do... |

can u see the threads with that link? re the NW forum issue, did you get a confirmation email at all? maybe the account is not active? was a long time since i registered (and found the whole login and forum buggy) so i cant remember. |

I appreciate everyone's suggestions here but still nothing from NovaLogic. They send email confirmation that my tech issues were received but no follow up and they never answer the phone. Sad really. And my NW account is still screwed.
QUICK QUESTION - If I delete my NW account, will my CD key become available? In other words, If I delete my account, wait the 24 hour period for it to go through then create a new account, will I get an error that my CD-Key has already been registered? Does anyone know? I fear this beacuse it would put an end to my DFX game play and with such great support from their tech support resources, I'd be hard pressed to take such action. :| |

I have the same problem. I tried to contact support(at)novalogic(dot)com as suggested in the post but it gives me a sending error because it says maybe it doesn't exist. I reset my HD and passwords. I installed DFX from my genuine CD and I get NWNODB01 error at login. Can you help me please? Thank you, giacdan aka Srg.Aquila-3. |
