Your screenshots are helpful, but we cannot diagnose a sysdump if you don't tell us everything that was going on when it happened. My experience with sysdumps mostly involve badly written .wac files, buggy mods, corrupted maps, or pure random bull****. It could be anything. Tell us more.

That's fixed but I have another problem now, the game crashes as soon as I press continue after a mission. Though the mission gets saved.

The only thing I can think of is game is trying to update the dfvplr.sav and something is preventing that. Are you running the game as admin? Do you have the /d tag in the shortcut target line?

Possibly try this: open Explorer, go to the View tab, and confirm that hidden elements are visible. Navigate to C:>Users>YOURNAME>AppData>Local>VirtualStore. Ideally, this will be empty, or there will be a folder labeled ProgramData in it that's empty. However if you find a folder named Novalogic in the ProgramData, open it. There'll probably be a Delta Force Black Hawk Down folder in that. Drag and drop everything from that folder to the real game folder, then change the game .exes compatability to Run as Admin. See if that helps.

Playing as Admin also doesn't help. -_-

New problem after I double click MED even then it doesn't open. :(
