cutting it out and add-in shardow to blend in like the bystander near him and by fading it out (shadow) some that it. i use a old black & white photo and added him in to it, only i made him look black & gray in color

real easy to do, i can take the first lady image (she bending over with the family dog) and make it look like she in bed with Blair having a good time of it. j/k
