commund ban reason:
using a 3rd party software to do something in the game or action in the game like a pop-up windows insize the game can make you banned.

sending upload PB Screenshot of blank or edited SS ban one fast.

some time PB do goof up and will unban a player too. mostly if some thing ticker their software and they see how come it happen they will unban a player don't hold your breath it take a long time like 30days.

don't waste your money you go out and buy another JOTR you get banned all over again right off the back. the computer number been recorded, god sake don't let other log-in using your pc to play it ether they get banned too.

if some other person use your pc and they were found tobe cheating or doing something not too cool it can get you banned too, many cases a brother/sister use the pc and they try a cheat tool out to see how it do and test punkbuster if it catch it, they got banned later on you found your account was banned, leaving you without a clue on why call tech support team they can tell you why: 1-818-878-0325 M-F 9am-5pm East coast.......not a tollfree number but it faster then a e-mail.
