problems with team sabre

I'm having this wierd problem in Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre, and i hope you can help me out.

When i play multiplayer games, there's this odd jerky, jittering stutter in the other players movement...it looks like they got some sort of involuntary spasms. It looks kinda like lag, everything runs perfect though, except for my teammates and opponents. Sometimes they move 1 step forward, 1 step back, and then 2 forward....when in truth they were running forward all the time. It's makes it very hard to aim properly, and it also makes my eyes hurt

My BHD TS configuration:

version 1.5.0.5
1024x768, 32 bit
Everything on HIGH

I've tried changing every setting...and no change
My system configuration:

P4, 2.6 ghz
Asus P4P800 Deluxe, i865PE, Serial ATA
512 mb Original Samsung PC3200
Powercolor Radeon 9600 Pro, 182 mb (ATI driver 4.7)
3x160 gb Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9

I have a hardware firewall in the shape of a Corecess 3113 router, and i'm able to open ports (TCP/UDP) on it

Running Apps:

WinXP
NOD32
HMonitor
MSN Messenger
Yahoo Messenger
SoundMax
ATI Driver

I hope all this info will help you, so you can help me
i forgot to put this in i also have a 2 meg (2048 / 512) connection

my ping is about 90-100ms and yes i have updated my drivers i have got the 4.7 for the radeon

have tried to reinstall bhd and team sabre and i also have redownloaded the update for it still the same problem with it though. sorry for being a pain but i like the game alot but it is spoiling it for me. The weird thing is joint operations and every other game i have runs like a dream. That why i can't understand why i'm having all this trouble with it.If anyone has any ideas don't be afraid to say all the help good. Thanks alot guys hope to see u on the battlefield soon.

Go to TaskManager and shut down all applications except for tskmngr and explorer ( with your username behind it)
All the other apps with system or dif behind it let them running.
And try to play on Medium instead of High.....

This is the only way i can play the current Novalogic Games............. BHD BHDTS JOTR
i have to do this to be able to play.

what you having is call screen-lag this can be from too many item running and screen size 800x600 is to much for you lower the setting down this help screen-lag move faster per-frame rate (Fps)

how much ram is free to use for the game best tip reboot your system to free some ram up, and as katana*GFR* (only user name) disable some of them or close them down (stop running)

you may have a lot of ram but how much is it free up for the game to use best restart the system to free it up, having a lot of programs running and you may have close them out but their data is still in the ram by restarting your system you clean that data out and free some of it up to use.
==========================================
if you ever had any error in the pass in your system if it windows 2000 or up high use [run] type in (fast scan) chkdsk /F or (Deep-scan) chkdsk /R a new windows pop-up press Y hit enter now reboot your system.

Note only: Team Sabre use DF: BHD CD to play the game.
