Quick Beer

Does anyone know how to make quick ginger beer with only a few ingredients? I know some ingredients where no bug is needed but we are doing that next year at school.
Does anyone know anyway?

Its not alchohol, its like root beer... its hard to describe, its unique

Also your only 12, so stay away from Beer and anything remotely alchoholic ;)

he can have some drinks wine from his Church, not too much they may (father/priest of the church) cop a feel from the kids j/k

No no not alcohol by like beer, I mean ginger beer which is fizzy, it is like soft drinks.
But anyway all I need is granulated yeast to make mine and I am not sure if I can use bread yeast.

About Beer

In NZ you can only buy beer at 16 or 18 I think. Ginger Beer is quite different and can be bought at any age. It is just like Pepsi, it is hot by fizzy. But I am not allowed to have some of it cause it has
Preservatives inside the beer and that I am a little allergic to. But that is why I am asking you guys if I should make homemade ones.
