use in windows search "cmd" open as "administrator"
"cmd" use administrator option

it may not work fully as Window + R-key

ok here the code to use use each stage 1-6

[steps check thoroughly for error bad system files take a very long time]

1.) sfc /scannow
check error windows install files error or corruptions, will replace files!

2.) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

3.) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

4.) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:repairSource\install.wim

5.) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:E:\Sources\Install.esd:1 /limitaccess

6.) sfc /scannow

when done you may get all good
(check again double-check bad file or errors)

follow the stage after a time error or corruption file will be replaced

note: stage 5 is just be a backup of your windows 10 image on a USB stick 14gb I know work, less then 14gb can't say
