Can DFBHD Gators be converted for DFX?
 
Can the BHD gators be converted for use in DFX maps?

yes and no

you can't take a BMS file and import it into DF: Xtreme

but the makers of DFBHD-Gator can make a new mod with all the goodies and come up with a new mod totally using gator to build on as a sample.

items SSI and from BHD in Gator one need to look at DF: Xtreme make a new mod for it using the mod tool for DF: Xtreme.

there is a mod tool for this in DF: Xtreme for this as will

and there the Nile and Map Editor to use.

i figured he meant the aligators but if its an actual bhd map, u could jsut use the bms>mis app for BHD, and open it in the dfx med, even though everything is messed up, like nulls everywhere, and in my case, littlebirds where tiles are supposed to be, u still have the exact location of everything, and u can one by one replace all those nulls with what they should be.

Yeah, I meant just the alligators, not a BHD .bms map. The use of rivers and lagoons in DFX would be greatly enhanced if we had alligators to dodge while trying to swim across. LOL

Yes, it's already been done in the BFM (aka DJ3) mod for DFX.
