char charichter

high i had a look at the char rebel character and it had tattoo arms i had a look in the game and the hands where all messed up now i inproved it and got a file to show basicly i downloaded a tattoo PNG and pased it on a blank arm to make a better one and its has got normal hands so i wanted to upload this file for u to have a look its for jo of course so ...
