Planning to get a Kaby Lake Pentium

Though kaby lake didn't impress me a lot, but the Pentium g4560 did appeal to me for its superior value with such a low cost. So i am thinking to buy it instead of my earlier planned i3 3220. I heard the g4560 is faster in gaming even than a fx 6300 :-\ Is it true?

Here is a cool site to compare CPU speeds:

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare...300/3892vs1555

I would probably go with the FX6300 just because it has 6 cores and I like more multitasking but for gaming probably the G4560

It is much faster than a g4560? :O Theoretically, fx 6300 is faster than a pentium g4560 by a mile. But does this site gives the true comparisions only for "Gaming"?

I think the cores on the g4560 are faster. But there are more in the 6800. I prefer more cores to faster but less cores for multi tasking. Most of the time, as long as you get a decent CPU, it's not going to matter when playing games.

I heard kaby lake dont support Windows 7 & 8, only 10. If it is true, i would truly be cursed since i was thinking to use Windows 7 till my death :-P

I doubt that it only supports windows 10. Not sure where you read something like that.
