Well LIVE is for xbox, Windows LIVE is for PC, hence the windows ;P

Haven't heard much about this to be honest, but a few friends played the first one on the xbox and said it was pretty good.

Im pretty sure that in the first reply it says the game is being published under EA, so it will not have LIVE support ;P

No, No Multiplayer on the PC, But I am loving the game. One of the best space/3rd person shooter games.
I havent put it down since getting it.

After playing this from start to finish, I have to say its the Best game I have ever played since I started playing games in 1981. Im my Opinion.
