W.O.W (waiting on weather)

With the world waiting on snow we in the tropics are waiting on the rain, and 30 deg cel.

Was lover last year with -26c. I do prefere the cold and snowy before the warm hot and sweaty :) I have issues to fall asleep if the temp is above 12c in the room, so I dont sleep much during the summer months :(

Have an AC indoors?

Thats why Sil. we drink lots of beer, and ensure our females are only scantily clad..lol

many people in the heat like to sleep with the fan on, come 4 am and it chills down to 15-10c they die in there bed, a type of hypothermia.

I didn't even touch snow till I was 22 years old, and then wasn't impressed, I couldn't take it home ....lol

But I do like cold peoples long days, snap ya fingers around here and the suns gone for the night...!

We do get the first bit of the first line up top year round but the second part is scarse in the winter :(

I have another twitch, I need it to be dead silent when I sleep so I can't use a fan when i sleep, I'm envy to those who can, luckely we don't get that hot summers here, usually just one to three weeks. I've slept in -5 in only my underwear and the bed cover and frankly I love it. Spent christmas weekend at my sisters house and they freeze constantly even when it's warm and I wasn't allowed to open a window in the middle of the winter, I did switch the radiator off though, the little I could do.

But I knew that wouldn't be enough to get to sleep instantly so I shoved my pillow and bed cover into my car the whole day in -20c that it was then and then brought it in just before I went to bed and covered me with the freezing bed cover and lied down on the freezing pillow. Took ten seconds for it to warm up :mercy:

What do you mean with cold people long days? :)

Hey Mermite, saw on the news how you guys were getting hammered with rain and flooding.

You doing the backstroke down there yet?

Hope it's going good for you guys!

Many thanks Dave,.. I just spent 2 weeks on my boat, helping the cops looking for bodies etc etc.

After all this I gotta get a bigger boat!
