DFTFD Stock Map Editing?
 

can anyone tell me how i can edit the stock maps?

is the problem:

u don't know how to edit any map?
u don't know how to access the stock maps?
or both the above?

i do not know how to access the stock maps in TFD, i do know how to access,edit, and make custom maps.

Download a pff-extractor.

Make a copy of the small.pff (backup) and extract the bms files from the small.pff. The mapnames are kinda obvious, which is DM, TDM, CTF etc...

Isn't editing stock maps kinda breakin a copyright?

Nope ... He's asking just to edit and modify the maps ... not the whole program. Plus Nova doesn't mind if people edit Stock Maps ... Pretty normal thing in DF world really ;)

I like to believe that nova WANTS people to edit their stocks.
I mean why would they have got an 8 year old to make them in the first place if not?
