You make sigs through the use of various graphics programs which sometime can be very expensive.

To download the program, no. It is a freeware program which means it is free to be used by anyone. Go to http://novalogic.com and click on Downloads. At the top of the downloads you should see Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising N.I.L.E. Editor. Click on it and a little window will pop up. Scroll all the way down in that little window and click on where it says Download or Download Now. Hope that helps.

If you are a quick learner, it shouldn't take you very long to get to know the program. On the other hand, some people have a harder time making them and learning the program and how it works.

hey iv downloaded nile but it wont run. It shows a picture with a Boat on the water and stuff and then a thing where u select a file goes up what do i do then

you need to un install reboot then reinstall
make sure you have dx9b and close or disable any programs
that might interfere like firewalls etc before you reinstall
and set your resource directory.:D :D :D
